- Able to mobilize 150 high pressure welder, meeting IBR and ASME Standards for quality boiler and more than 500 LP welders for piping works
- Key skills in pressure parts, Critical piping works
- To fabricate and erect 1, 00,000 MT of structure in a year
- To erect 1, 00,000 MT of Boiler, its auxiliaries and piping in a year
- To complete RCC work to the tune of 3, 00,000 Cum in a year
- To complete 1.25,000 field weld joints in a year for Boiler and critical piping work
- To complete 250MW Boiler works in 16-18 months and 500MW Boiler in 24-28 Months.

- Strong asset base with more than 215 cranes in the capacity from 8 Ton to 230 Ton and over
1550 welding equipment
- Engineering drawing detailing by state of the art software (Stru Cad of ACE CAD Software
system, UK) and dedicated team for the same
- Achieved 16,800 MT Boiler erection at Rihand site (500MW) and 13,500 MT Boiler erection at
Mauda and Bhusawal site (500MW) in a year
- Achieved 500 MW Boilers Hydro test in a schedule of 9 to 12 months in 5 Units
- Achieved 2150 MT of peak Boiler erection work of 500MW in a month at Mauda site
- Achieved peak Concreting 10,500 Cum in a month and 75,600 Cum in a year at DB Power site
- Achieved 2,150 MT of peak fabrication at Hissar and - 2,450 MT of peak erection work at Tiroda site in a month
ACHIEVEMENTS
- 2014-2015 : Received "Doctor of Literature Degree" from the Open International University Colombo, Shrilanka
- 2013-2014 : Achieved 20,410 MT of Boiler Erection tonnage in one year (2013-14) at BHEL/NTPC Vindhychal Site U#13, which creates new record for BHEL-WR
- 2011-2012 : 'Marathwada Gaurav Award' by Shri Prithviraj Chavan the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra
- 2009-2010 : 'Bharat Vibhushan Samman Puraskar 2009' for his outstanding performance in business excellence and quality achievements
- 2007-2008 : Entrepreneur of the year 2007-2008 by Nagpur Chamber of Commerce Limited (NCCL).
